Full Left Notches
All the movement options to create the perfect analog gate for the GameCube Controller.
Ultimate movement
Step up your neutral game with more precise angles so you can out-space your competition.
SWEETSPOTS
Hit the sweetspots at the ledge when recovering and precisely drift away from enemies.
C-STICK NOTCHES
Aesthetically pleasing, and although the game inputs an attack/tilt before reaching the c-stick notch, these notches help create another guide towards the attack/tilt that can help during those intense matches and feels better for some players based on their playstyle.
What are people saying about our controllers?
Absolutely love the controller.. already getting used to the notches after a few games and I’m ready to get ready for tournaments. Cheers. 10/10 order!
So far I’m in love with my Controller it really has helped me improve my tech skill & allows me movement that I really couldn’t do that consistent on a regular controller. 10/10 definitely recommend if you looking to step up your skills & play competitive! 💪💯
Seemed pricey at first, but was absolutely worth it immediately after purchasing. Especially after being let down time and time again, just trying to find a decent controller- this one is fantastic. Would absolutely buy again.

This controller build ships within 30 days.
This product is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
* Every controller is tournament-ready but might have scuffs as they’re refurbished OEM controllers. Always consult with a tournament organizer about modifications allowed as each tournament may have different rules.
† Colored Button Set’s Analog joystick, C-Stick, Z button, and triggers are left stock. We recommend if you’re going to use this controller for tournaments as the colored sets have tight fitment that could impact your gameplay. We will include them with your order uninstalled.
‡ Swapping and Greasing a stickbox will mitigate the number of times the snapback or dashback issues occur if it doesn’t remove it completely. A Snapback Capacitor mod eliminates the snapback. Due to the nature of competitive play, the controller may need to be serviced at a later time if you notice inconsistent dashdances or the snapback returns.
Please understand each controller may look different from the pictures provided as these modded Gamecube controllers are all modified by hand. Each controller’s notches may look different and be placed in different areas of the analog gate as the motherboard is different on each controller.
Check out what Jackson has to say about his modded GameCube controller from MultiShine Controllers:
“I am no pro by any means but half my roster is in Elite Smash so you can say I play a lot of smash. I have been playing smash since 64 and even competed in Melee tournaments.
I spend a lot of time on smash so I figured why not upgrade to a beast mode controller.
This controller has changed my game drastically. I have only used it for 4 days now but I immediately noticed my movement game has increased significantly. I know this controller will help with wifi tournaments and spammy characters. I am currently maining wolf and pikachu and the sweet spot notches are so worth it. The controller it 100% worth the price.
This is my build if anyone is stuck looking for mods for their build:
white controller
full left notches
c-stick notches
stickbox swap + button pad perforation
cut and perforation on both triggers
x + b lowered. I jump with X
white colored buttons (these are only for looks)
I will be a returning customer”
But it’s not perfect by any stretch of the means however… for starters if your a complete beginner with modding controllers it may be a bit hard to replace the Triggers if you got them colored and since it’s a GameCube controller it wi subject to wear and tear over time (not the fault of the modded controllers that’s just how it is) and some characters for SSBU don’t take as much advantage of some mods as others do like for example the Aegis (Pyra/Mythra) don’t need the notches quite like someone like Wolf, Pikachu, Min-Min, or Mewtwo would cause of certain characteristics they use or have so make sure you know why your buying these mods instead of just shilling money for the sake of it.
Is it worth the money? Absolutely! Just be cautious when selecting stuff if you don’t know why your getting it or needs it…do research and be sure your ready for this investment. But most importantly is to have fun and keep grinding gamers.
Left directional - notches for many angles
C stick notches (angles)
Tactical z click,
SnapBack mod,
Grease stick box,
Stickbox swap,
Overall, I love my controller. I’m definitely getting another one soon! ❤️❤️❤️😭
I first heard about Multishine through Youtuber Berleezy's review video on them (great content creator btw!), so I became interested in buying one of Multishine's controllers for myself to use primarily for Smash Ultimate.
I was already a "somewhat" competent Smash player before, however I thought I could play more efficiently if I had the BEST possible controller I could get my hands on.
But because of how little I knew about modded controllers, I was very confused about the options available, so I had A LOT of questions to ask about what each mod does and the benefits they come with.
The guy who I've been messaging, Michael, has been nothing but INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive. Every question I threw at him he answered and helped me understand more clearly! Throughout our many e-mail exchanges, he guided me along the way on how each of the mods worked, almost like a parent teaching their child to ride a bike! Mike has been extremely pleasant to talk to!
Going along with his recommendations, here are the mods I ultimately went with:
-Full Length Left + C-Stick Notches
-Cut L & R Springs
-L & R Perforation
-Button Pad Perforation
-Shortened X & Y Buttons (I jump with X)
-Solid White Button Set (For aesthetics only!)
Besides these mods, Mike even went the extra mile for me and further personalized my controller according to my preferences! Even when I had a bit of nitpicks with the controller at first, he happily agreed to help when I sent it back to him so he could address said issues. I even sent him one of my own personal GCN controllers to borrow for reference, and both controllers returned to me all in one piece! That alone proved to me just how trustworthy and reliable these guys are!
So I've played with my new controller for some time now, and I gotta say, these mods have been a real game-changer for me! It feels REALLY good in the hands, and I've noticed quite a significant improvement in my gameplay. For example, I could land reverse Up-tilts and angled F-tilts a lot more consistently, which helps with certain combos, something I could not do before with a regular stock Gamecube controller. Also, thanks to the cut trigger springs, parrying is also a lot easier to do, too! I now have the upper-hand over all my enemies who dare rise up against me and stand in my way! >:)
Bottom line, even if a controller may not be 100% perfect, it doesn't matter! Multishine still deserves 5 out of 5 stars just for their EXCELLENT costumer service alone.
Call me one of the lucky ones, but anyone who says otherwise about Multishine doesn't know what they're talking about!
I cannot recommend them enough, and don't let the high prices scare you! Trust me, it's worth every penny! That's why I look forward to being a returning costumer!
If you have ANY questions, Mike's your guy! Feel free to ask him anything and he'll be ready to help you like he did with ME! He's alright in my book! It's been a real pleasure working with him, and I'm happy to leave this review here for you! :D
Unfortunately wear and tear is just a natural part of things in life, and my little baby of a controller started having issues in 2020. I messaged the multishine.tech email and they got back to me easily, offered to fix my controller that I bought from them even during the pandemic. I sent it over, but to no avail but they have extremely supportive on my next controller from them, and I can't wait to receive my new one soon. Another review will 100% be coming after a few months of play on it.
the only that would make it more cool is if this company did a 4 interest free payments , because buying one for the first time i was a bit scared of the price but i saved enough so i was like why not , yeah so if they did 4-Interest free payments i think this would allow people who are interested seem even more interested and wouldn't worry if it was worth the buy.
I spend a lot of time on smash so I figured why not upgrade to a beast mode controller.
