MultiShine Controllers – Shipping Policy & Information

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Here is what you need to know about order processing and shipping.

1. Order Processing Time

All controllers are custom-built and dispatched from our warehouse.

• Standard Processing: Please allow 3 business days for your controller modifications to be completed and dispatched.

• Peak Periods: During peak seasons or sales, please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The estimates below do not include the 3-6 day processing time.

Domestic (US) Shipping

• Free Domestic Shipping: 2-6 business days

• Standard Domestic Shipping: 1-3 business days (Approx. $15.00 USD)

International Shipping (Worldwide)

• Standard International Shipping: 8-20 business days (Approx. $50.00 USD)

3. International Customers (Important)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VAT)

• The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

• MultiShine Controllers will not cover any customs duties or import taxes (such as VAT). These fees are separate from your order total and are billed by your country’s customs agency.

4. Disclaimers

• All delivery dates are estimates. Deliveries may be subject to modification or cancellation due to events beyond our reasonable control.

• Shipping times do not include any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.
